Renting a Car in Los Angeles Airport isn’t very straight forward as there are around 40 car rental agencies to choose from. There are companies that have a booth inside Los Angeles Airport, while there are also other companies that provide a free Phone link to their company. You won’t be able to get your rented car in the airport but you need to take a shuttle (courtesy of car rental company) to the Off Airport Car Rental Terminal.

What you need to do is to find the purple sign that says Rental Car Shuttles, its located on the Arrival level outside baggage claims. And the shuttle should take you to the car rental terminal. Not all companies provide this free shuttle service and only 10 companies are allowed to pick up customers from the airport using the shuttles. These are:
